Front page News News MDI sparred areas with abrupt structural change MDI sparred areas with abrupt structural change 11.10.2013 The Finnish Government has decided to shut down six garrisons. MDI sparred the areas with soon-to-be closed garrisons for two days in October. The session focused on identifying regional strengths and creating new jobs in the regions. The Ministry of Employment and the Economy has now allocated financial support of 2 million Euro for areas where garrisons are shut down for 2013 and 2014.
